Mexican Beer - Part 1

The is a long and storied history of beer in the scenic country of Mexico, that goes beyond the ubiquitous bottles of Corona. As far back as Mesoamerican cultures, producing alcohol via fermentation was well known. There even existed a corn beer in Mexico that predates the arrival of the Spanish conquistadors. Soon after the Spanish arrived, they introduced a European style beer brewed with barley.
