What makes beers light?

To answer that question, we might have to look through our history books if it weren't for milkman Pierre Celis, who, when he was younger, worked at a white beer brewery. The last brewery of that type in Belgium shut down in the 1950s, but Pierre gave Belgian white beer a new lease of life when he took over his father's stables and started brewing it again in there. As his brewery became more successful, he relocated to a soft drink factory that had been previously abandoned and there, in 1985,
