It is time to dedicate a bit of time to Mayflower Brewing from Plymouth, MA. My motivation for doing so is largely driven by one of their newest seasonal offerings... Spring Hop Ale. Mayflower has been high on my list of local breweries for some time now, but the Spring Hop Ale is truly something special!
